In recent years, my work has increasingly been shaped by newer experiential and psychodynamic approaches that aim to help emotional patterns shift more deeply, not only become easier to manage.

Fit

I work with both men and women. Many of my clients value depth, honesty, and meaningful change, and are looking for therapy that goes beyond symptom management.

If that resonates, you are welcome to book a free 20-minute introductory call.

I'm a Clinical and Health Psychologist specializing in depth-oriented psychotherapy.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by experiential, body-oriented, trauma-focused, and psychodynamic therapy. I am drawn to forms of psychotherapy that go beyond symptom management and help people understand themselves with greater depth, precision, and honesty.

Professional background

Alongside one-to-one therapy, I bring years of experience facilitating groups and retreats. This has deepened my understanding of vulnerability, emotional protection, and the relational patterns people develop in order to cope, endure, and connect.

Before dedicating myself fully to clinical work, I worked for five years in private wealth management in banking and spent more than a decade as an entrepreneur. That background gives me a grounded understanding of work-life balance, responsibility, performance pressure, decision-making, and the demands of functioning at a high level while carrying strain privately.

Because of this, I often work well with business owners, executives, and other high-responsibility clients.

A significant number of my clients are also therapists and coaches. I value their trust in bringing their own development, healing, and self-understanding into the work. It is a privilege to work with people who are already reflective and insightful, and who want to go deeper in their own process.
